We look forward to welcoming supportive partners who help make the tour a truly special event. Please read through the following requirements and rules beforehand.
Tour Dates/Hours for 2027: May 7 and 8. Friday and Saturday 10-5.
Artist Studios & Home Hosts
Open Doors Art Tour welcomes artists who would like to open their studio, home, or other creative space to visitors during the tour. You may participate on your own, or invite other artists to join you at your location.
Artist Participation Fee | $75
Your participation fee includes:
Your name and location listed on the Open Doors Art Tour website
Inclusion on the printed tour map and Google map
An announcement of your participation on the tour's social media
Your own dedicated Artist Page on the tour website, featuring your biography, images of your work, contact information, and direct links to your website and social media
Hosting Other Artists?
We encourage artists to invite other artists to join them at their location. Having multiple artists at one stop helps create a fuller experience for visitors and gives them another reason to spend time at your location.
Artists who host additional artists receive our full promotional package at no additional cost. This includes:
Everything included in the standard participation package
Multiple featured social media promotions highlighting your work and participation in the tour
Mentions in our dedicated tour newsletters and other tour communications
Additional promotional opportunities as determined by the tour organizers
Want More Promotion? | Add $50
Participating on your own? You can still receive the full promotional package by adding $50 to your participation fee.
This enhanced promotion includes:

Additional promotional opportunities as determined by the tour organizers
Why the difference? Artists who open their locations to additional artists are helping us create a more engaging, destination-style experience for tour visitors. In appreciation, we include the enhanced promotional package with their participation.
A Note About Images & Promotion
Good-quality photographs are a must! If you would like your work to be considered for featured social media posts, advertisements, printed materials, newsletters, or other tour marketing, please make sure the images you submit are clear, well-lit, and high quality.
While we cannot guarantee that every artist or every image will be featured, the quality and variety of the images provided will be considered when selecting work for promotional materials.
The fee is refundable at 50% if canceled within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the fee becomes completely non-refundable.
Artwork Requirements
The Tour celebrates fine art and fine craft.
The following are not permitted:
-Laser-created items, such as tumblers, signs, or similar products
-Items made from kits or pre-manufactured components
-Jewelry or other work that does not include at least one handmade element
-Resale, buy-sell, or mass-produced items
-Anything created using AI
